A prerequisite for the Rescue diver course, EFR gives you the confidence to respond to medical emergencies. Not just in the diving world, but in your every day world with your family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues.
It encompasses CPR and first aid for adults, and the option of children and infants and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
